Order
You can pay for your orders with:

Yes . You can send us an order cancellation request as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do this, use this contact form or send us a message in the “ Support ” chat or an email to contact@akataaru.com specifying your order number .
Your order will be refunded under:
- 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank if you paid by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or ApplePay.
- 5 working days with PayPal
If, however, your cancellation request is made after your package has been shipped , you can always refuse delivery or return the package to us if it has been left in your mailbox.
Please note that the return will be at your expense.
Yes . This is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Send us a request via this contact form or send us a message in the “ Support ” chat or an email to the following address contact@akataaru.com specifying the order number as well as the desired modifications.
You can add, delete one or more items and/or change size or color.
If, however, your modification request is made after your package has been shipped , you can always refuse delivery or return the package to us if it has been left in your mailbox.
Please note that the return will be at your expense.
You have the option of returning any product ordered to us within 15 days from the date of receipt .
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be returned.
Return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.
AKATAARU reserves the right to accept or refuse your return request.
Delivery
You can track your order via this link by providing:
- Your tracking number
- Your order number and your email or telephone number
- Products ordered for which the delivery method chosen is a collection point will be delivered in Europe in the following countries: Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.
- Products ordered for home delivery will be delivered anywhere in the world. We will not be able to inform you of the delivery time for any order outside mainland France, but we will send you an e-mail updating the order and an estimated delivery time once the carrier has informed us.
Deliveries are made in mainland France within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to the address or collection point indicated by the customer when placing the order on the site.
Except in special cases or when one or more products are unavailable, all items ordered will be delivered at once.
AKATAARU undertakes to deliver the products ordered within the times specified above for metropolitan France. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time will be announced after the order has been accepted.
If the products ordered have not been delivered within 7 working days of the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the fault of the customer, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the customer under the conditions set out in articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code. The sums paid by the customer will then be returned to him at the latest within fourteen days following the date of cancellation of the contract, to the exclusion of any compensation or deduction.

You log in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You do not need to create an account or password.
You can update your account information by logging into it from the online store.
Steps :
- Go to your online store and click the login button.
- Enter your email address. Once you receive your login code by email, enter it to access your account page.
- On your account page, click your initials in the top right, then click Account Information .
- To edit your name, click the pencil icon in the Profile section.
- To edit your shipping details, click the pencil icon next to your address in the Addresses section.
Did you accidentally create multiple accounts?
Contact us via this form or send us a message in the “ Support ” chat or an email to contact@akataaru.com specifying your last name, first name, all email addresses to be merged and the email address you wish to keep after merging your accounts.
You can request the deletion of your account by sending us a request on this contact form or by sending us a message in the “ Support ” chat or an email to the following address contact@akataaru.com.
